Chimichurri Dip

This recipe for a colorful chimichurri sauce doubles as a marinade and an accompaniment to all cuts of beef—or anything else you want to gussy up with a bright, tangy flavor, packed with a healthy serving of omegas.

INGREDIENTS

1 Shallot

1 Chipotle Chile

3 cloves of Garlic

½ cup Cilantro

¼ cup Flat Leaf Parsley

¾ cup Nepra’s Extra Virgin Hemp Oil

½ cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 teaspoon Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely dice Shallot, Garlic and Chipotle Chile.
  2. Finely chop Cilantro and Flat Leaf Parsley.
  3. Add all ingredients except the oil into a mixing bowl.
  4. While whisking, slowly drizzle the oil in until it is fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl or dish.
  6. Serve with bread or vegetables and enjoy!
