It all starts with a seed. Inconspicuously small but packed with nutrition. Hemp seeds are naturally high in protein, fiber, and magnesium, which makes them perfect for topping salads, boosting smoothies, and even baking. At Nepra foods, we try to use EVERY part of the seed, so nothing goes to waste.
With all that goodness packed into something so small, we need a little help to extract all those nutrients. Our hemp seeds are cold pressed to preserve the natural flavors and omegas, yielding an extra fresh oil that is vibrant, golden, & well-balanced.
Our process doesn’t stop there. With the hemp oil extracted, we are left with a protein-rich and high-fiber hemp meal which can be used in a variety of ways. We then grind the hemp meal into a fine-powdery flour. And since hemp is naturally gluten-free and allergen-free, we think it’s perfect for baking.
Once milled, our hemp flour is blended with other ingredients that make baking from scratch a piece of cake. Then the flour is ready for a quick sifting to ensure a super-fine consistency and then is ready to be bagged and sealed. Derived from a plant with over 50,000 uses, Nepra’s hemp flour opens the door for an infinite amount of kitchen creations that are good for you and good for the planet.
