I use this every morning to make my breakfast smoothie. My recipe is 2 tablespoons of hemp oil, two bananas, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of milk. I toss it into a blender, and that's breakfast.

I have always loved baking. It reminds me of when I used to sit and watch my grandma bake our family something every Sunday morning.
