Eating foods free from allergens, animal products and gluten shouldn’t compromise flavor, texture or nutrition. Over the years, our experience in making amazing gluten-free foods has taught us several things. First of all, it’s not easy. That is why most foods that are “free-from” (free from gluten, allergens, soy, dairy, etc.) are also free from being any good. That doesn’t need to be the case. At Nepra, we are passionate about making food that everybody will enjoy. Eating healthy food shouldn’t be difficult, and it sure shouldn’t come with compromises.

There is no harm in doing everything we can to be kinder to our world. The truth is that we can always do better when it comes to the environment, and that is what we intend to do. At Nepra, we strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our ingredients and processes. We welcome you to learn more about how Nepra creates our allergen-free, gluten-free, and 100% plant-based ingredients. *Hint. It all starts with a tiny seed.
We educated ourselves, so we know what we are doing, and we want our customers to be educated as well. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation about what is and isn’t good for us to eat. So we cut through the fog to give our customers the truth.
Nepra sells and produces the best quality food and ingredients. Not much more to be said. If it isn’t up to our high standards, we won’t sell it. Period.
Good for us, good for the environment. There is no harm in doing everything we can to be kinder to our world. The truth is that we can always do better when it comes to the environment, and that is what we intend to do.
I use this every morning to make my breakfast smoothie. My recipe is 2 tablespoons of hemp oil, two bananas, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of milk. I toss it into a blender, and that's breakfast.
I never knew that my cooking oil could be healthy. I swapped out olive oil for this and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Very tasty!
I have always loved baking. It reminds me of when I used to sit and watch my grandma bake our family something every Sunday morning. Since then, I’ve developed a gluten allergy, which makes it hard to continue baking. I love that this flour is gluten-free and works so much better than the coconut and almond flours I have been using.
